石墨烯国际标准研发及启示 苏东艳 高岩 王薇 宋赟 姜美萍 常州市科技信息中心 X 关注成功！ 加关注后您将方便地在 我的关注中得到本文献的被引频次变化的通知！ 新浪微博 腾讯微博 人人网 开心网 豆瓣网 网易微博 摘????要： 总结了国际标准化组织、行业国际联盟以及欧美主要国家在石墨烯国际标准化方面的研发现状和特点:欧美国家在积极进行石墨烯产业战略部署的同时, 也通过行业联盟、国家级的计量研究院所或标准化机构, 与官方的国际标准化组织紧密合作, 积极参与石墨烯国际标准化工作, 使科研活动、标准化与产业化同步健康、有序发展。我国也应以此为借鉴, 对石墨烯标准化发展进行系统规划, 制定标准化发展战略, 积极参与到国际标准化工作中, 使中国标准“走出去”, 与国际标准体系兼容、互通、互认, 以在新一轮国际经济和科技竞争中, 抢占制高点和国际话语权, 引领石墨烯战略性新兴产业的科学发展。 关键词： 石墨烯; 国际标准; 产业; 纳米; 收稿日期：2017-09-20 Graphene International Standardization Research and Develoment and Its Revelation Abstract： Analyzes the current RD status and feature of graphene international standardization of international standard organization, industry international association, and main European and American countries: while actively carrying out strategic planning of graphene industry, major western countries are closely collaborating with international standardization organizations through key industry associations or national metrology institutes and standardization institutes aiming to get involved in graphene international standardization, to align their on-going RD activities with the on-going standardization process and to maintain healthy development of industrialization. It is suggested that we should learn from them to carry out system planning and strategy on graphene standardization in order to actively get involved in international standardization activities, and to integrate our standards with the international ones so as to gain discourse power at international stage and to lead the industrialization and scientific development of the emerging graphene industry in the world.
