信息化对中国工业部门技术创新效率的空间效应 惠宁 刘鑫鑫 西北大学经济管理学院 X 关注成功！ 加关注后您将方便地在 我的关注中得到本文献的被引频次变化的通知！ 新浪微博 腾讯微博 人人网 开心网 豆瓣网 网易微博 摘????要： 研究信息化对中国工业部门技术创新效率的空间效应, 对于提高中国工业部门的效益具有重要的理论和现实意义。通过构建空间计量经济模型, 运用全局莫兰指数, 检验出我国省区市之间工业部门的技术创新效率存在较强的空间依赖性, 并基于知识生产函数, 利用2011—2015年中国31个省区市工业部门的面板数据, 研究了信息化对中国工业部门技术创新效率的溢出效应, 结果表明:信息化水平的高值集聚区主要集中于东部地区, 低值集聚区主要集中于西部地区;信息化虽然促进本地区工业部门的技术创新效率, 但对邻边地区工业部门的技术创新效率产生了负作用;科技人力资源、市场潜力、外商直接投资对本地区工业部门的技术创新效率具有促进作用。 关键词： 信息化; 工业; 技术创新; 空间效应; 作者简介：惠宁, 男, 陕西清涧人, 西北大学教授, 博士生导师, 从事产业经济学研究。 收稿日期：2017-08-26 基金：国家社会科学基金项目 (17XJL004) The Spatial Effect of Informatization on the Technology Innovation Efficiency of China Industrial Sectors HUI Ning LIU Xin-xin School of Economics and Management, Northwestern University; Abstract： Researching the spatial effect of informatization on the technology innovation efficiency of China, industrial sectors has theoretical and practical significance to improve the efficiency of China industrial sector.This paper employs spatial econometric methods. Through Morans I, the spatial dependence of the technology innovation efficiency of China industrial sectors is tested. Based on knowledge production function, this paper studies spillover effects of informatization on the technology innovation efficiency of China industrial sectors by using the panel data of 31 provincial industrial sectors in China from 2011 to 2015. The result shows: Firstly, the information level in the eastern region is higher than that in the western region. Secondly, high-level information technology will improve the technology innovation efficiency of the industrial sector in the region, but it has a negative impact on the neighboring regions. Thirdly, scientific and technological human resources, market potential, foreign direct investment promote the efficiency of informatization on the technology innovation efficiency of China industrial sectors.
