重庆市主城区“内畅外联”三年交通发展策略研究 祝烨 重庆市市政设计研究院 X 关注成功！ 加关注后您将方便地在 我的关注中得到本文献的被引频次变化的通知！ 新浪微博 腾讯微博 人人网 开心网 豆瓣网 网易微博 摘????要： 重庆主城区城市快速发展, 城市交通运行日趋紧张, 公交吸引率下滑, 停车矛盾突出。主要原因是城市功能高度集聚、交通设施供给不足、公交服务水平亟待提高、交通管理效能有待挖掘。随着城市进一步拓展, 机动车保有量进一步提高, 交通供需矛盾日益突出。该文提出近期重庆主城区应以公交优先为核心, 实施城市空间与交通的协同优化, 有效提高整个城市交通系统综合效率, 重视交通规划建设管理的精细化一体化, 实现存量空间基础上的城市交通有序建设和转型发展, 才能实施城市交通的“内畅、外联、互通”。 关键词： 公交优先; 交通战略; 内畅外联; 城市交通; 作者简介：祝烨 (1981-) , 男, 重庆人, 本科, 高级工程师, 主要研究方向为区域与城市综合交通规划、交通与土地协同规划及交通政策研究。 收稿日期：2017-07-17 Research on the Three-year Traffic Development Strategy of “Incity Smoothness and Extramural Communication” in Chongqing Abstract： With the rapid development of the main urban districts of Chongqing, the urban traffic circulation has been increasingly tense, with declining attraction of public transport and prominent problem of parking, which can be largely attributed to the highly concentrated urban functions, the insufficient supply of transportation facilities, to-be-improved public transport service level and to-be-explored traffic management efficiency. With the further expansion of the city, the inventory of motor vehicles has been further improved, and the contradiction between supply and demand has become increasingly prominent. In this paper, its proposed that the transport core of buses should be taken as priority to realize the collaborative optimization of urban space and traffic, thus effectively improve the comprehensive efficiency of the entire urban traffic system. Furthermore, the fine integration of traffic planning, construction and management should be stressed to realize the orderly construction, transformation and development of urban traffic based on the inventory space, thereby implementing the incity smoothness, extramural communication and traffic interflow.
