医院院长论坛 HOSPITAL DIRECTORS’ FORUM doi:10.3969/j.issn.1673-1700.2013.04.326 我院门急诊干预处方分析 重庆市巴南区第一人民医院 姜晓燕 彭敏婕 【摘要】 目的：进一步了解我院门急诊医师不合理处方的类型，提高医生处方质量，提高处 方用药合理性。体现窗口药师干预处方的重要性。方法：对我院门急诊2010年6月~2012年5月 共24个月的干预处方进行回顾汇总分析。结果：共分析干预处方13689张。其中，干预后修改 处方10411张。即通过药房药师干预，不合理处方由13689张降到3278张。结论：我院门急诊 不合理处方，在药房药师监督干预下，明显减少，处方合格率明显提高。药房药师对医师处 方的干预，为门急诊合理处方、处方用药合理性提供了保障。 【关键词】门急诊；干预处方；分析 Analysis of Intervention Prescriptions in the Outpatient and Emergency Department of Our Hospital Jiang Xiaoyan, Peng Minjie, Banan First People’s Hospital of Chongqing 【Abstract 】 Objectives: to further understand the type of unreasonable prescriptions in the outpatient and emergency department of our hospital, to improve the quality of prescriptions, to improve the rationality of prescriptions, and to embody the importance of intervention prescriptions from the window pharmacist. Methods: retrospective analysis of intervention prescriptions in the outpatient and emergency department of our hospital from June 2010 to May 2012. Results: a total of 13689 intervention prescriptions, in which there were 10411 intervention prescriptions revised by pharmacy, and irrational prescriptions were reduced from 13689 down to 3278. Conclusions: irrational prescriptions in the outpatient and emergency department of our hospital were obviously decreased by the intervention of pharmacy, the quality prescription rate was evidently increased.
