精品论文 参考文献 无痛人流与传统人流临床疗效比较 陈晓红 （湖北省阳新县人民医院妇产科 湖北阳新 435200） 【摘要】目的 比较无痛人流手术和传统人流手术终止早孕的临床疗效，为合理选择人工流产方式提供依据。方法 将633例要求终止早孕患者，根据本人自主选择分为无痛人流（A组）326例，传统人流（B组）307例。比较两组患者疼痛程度、宫颈松弛情况、手术时间、人工流产综合症、术中出血量、宫腔粘连、盆腔感染、阴道流血时间、月经复潮时间的差异。结果 无痛人流组在疼痛程度、宫颈松弛情况、手术时间、人工流产综合症等方面显著优于传统手术组,差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）；在术中出血量、宫腔粘连、盆腔感染、阴道流血时间及月经复潮时间方面二者之间比较差异无统计学意义（Pgt;0.05）。结论 无痛人流术能够减轻患者疼痛，提高宫颈松弛度进而缩短手术时间，降低人工流产综合症等并发症的发生，较传统人流更为广大妇女所接受。 【关键词】无痛人流 传统人流 临床疗效 【中图分类号】R714.21 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】2095-1752（2012）16-0299-02 Comparing the clinical curative effect of painless induced abortion and traditional abortion Chen xiao-hong (Department of gynecology and obstetrics, RenMin Hospital of Yang xin countory, Hubei province, 435200) 【Abstract】 Objective: Comparing the clinical curative effect about painless induced abortion and traditional abortion, in order to select the proper way for the abortion and provides the basis. Methods: According to patients with voluntary choice，633 patients were randomly divided into three groups .Painless induced abortion（A）group 326 cases，traditional abortion (B)group 307 cases. Compare two sets of patients with pain, cervical flabby condition, operation time, abortion syndrome, peri-operative bleeding, uterine cavity adhesion, pelvic infection, vaginal bleeding time and menstrual after tide of time difference. Results: Painless induced abortion（A）group in the degree of pain, Cervical flabby condition, operation time, abortion syndrome and effective adhesion were significantly better than traditional abortion (B)group . But in Peri-operative bleeding, uterine cavity adhesion, pelvic infection, vaginal bleeding time, the second time of cleaning the uterus and menstruation after tide of time were no difference.
