精品论文 参考文献 早孕前后子宫动脉血流变化与妊娠结局的相关研究 1山东省潍坊市人民医院产二科 山东 潍坊261041；2.山东省潍坊市人民医院习惯性流产科 山东 潍坊 261041 [摘要] 目的：通过对育龄期正常及复发性流产（Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion ,RSA）妇女备孕前1个月及孕后10周内子宫动脉血流（uterine artery, UtA）动力学系统相关指标的观察，了解月经周期的黄体期及孕10周内UtA动力学特点及其对妊娠结局的影响。方法：将既往无不良妊娠史的育龄期妇女250例及既往有3次及以上的自然流产史妇女168例进行月经周期的排卵后及孕10周内经阴道超声监测双侧子宫动脉血流动力学参数，分别为:S/D=收缩期峰值流速（S）/舒张末期流速（D）。阻力指数（RI）=S－D/S；记录各组的RI，S/D，对照统计各组子宫动脉 RI、S/D值及妊娠丢失率的差异。结果：1.孕前后或孕后子宫动脉血流异常者与正常者相比较，妊娠结局有显著性差异（Plt;0.05）2.孕前后或孕后子宫动脉血流值异常者未治疗与治疗后孕10周内恢复正常者RI、S/D及妊娠丢失率均有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）3.RSA患者孕前异常血流纠正后，孕后子宫动脉血流异常率降低及其孕后异常血流治疗恢复率升高，与孕前未纠正者相比较，有统计学差异（Plt;0.05）。结论：1.孕早期子宫动脉血流参数与妊娠结局有相关性。2.异常血流早期纠正，能显著改善妊娠结局。3.RSA患者孕前子宫动脉血流参数影响妊娠结局。 [关键词]：子宫动脉血流参数；早期妊娠；彩色多普勒超声；复发性流产；妊娠不良结局 Before pregnancy related research after uterine artery blood flow changes and pregnancy outcomes Wang li1 Geng Shunling2 Fu Jinhua3 (1,3 Weifang Peoples Hospital，Weifang Shandong 261041，China) Corresponding author: Fu Jinhua [Abstract] AIM: To observe the 10 weeks of the uterine artery blood flow (uterine artery, UtA) dynamical systems related indicators of reproductive age through the normal and recurrent miscarriage for women (Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion, RSA) prepared a month before pregnancy and after pregnancy understand the luteal phase of the menstrual cycle and pregnancy 10 weeks UtA dynamics and impact on pregnancy outcome.
