精品论文 参考文献 桡骨远端骨折运用中药熏洗治疗的效果观察 长沙年轮骨科医院药剂科 湖南长沙 410007 [摘要]目的：探讨桡骨远端骨折运用中药熏洗治疗的效果。方法：选取96例桡骨远端骨折患者作为研究对象，随机进行分组；对照组48例，采取手法复位结合外固定支架固定治疗；观察组48例，在对照组治疗的基础上，运用中药熏洗治疗；对比两组患者的骨折愈合时间、治疗前后的掌倾角、尺偏角及桡骨短缩长度，综合评价患者的骨折愈合效果，并作对比分析。结果：观察组骨折愈合时间为36.4plusmn;7.42d，显著短于对照组的49.8plusmn;10.4d；治疗前后，观察组掌倾角、尺偏角及桡骨短缩长度改善程度显著大于对照组；观察组骨折愈合优良率为87.50%，显著大于对照组的60.42%；两组数据具有显著性差异(P＜0.05)。结论：桡骨远端骨折运用中药熏洗治疗的效果确切，可协同提高骨折愈合效率，改善桡骨活动功能及预后，值得临床推广使用。 【关键词】桡骨远端骨折；中药熏洗；效果 [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the distal radius fractures using herbal fumigation therapy. Methods: 96 cases of distal radial fractures in patients as research subjects were randomly grouped; the control group 48 cases take manual reduction combined with external fixation treatment; the observation group, 48 cases in the control group based on the use of herbal fumigation Comparative Comparative analysis of the two groups of patients with fracture healing time, palmar angle before and after treatment, ulnar deviation and radial shortening the length of the comprehensive evaluation of patients with fracture healing effect, and for; treatment.
