精品论文 参考文献 狂犬病诊断与防治研究进展 罗竟豪 　　（田阳县疾控中心 广西 百色 533600） 　　【摘要】 在工作中，本人遇到两个典型的事例。事例1，1990年，一病犬同时咬伤一位60岁女性（右手掌Ⅲ度伤口）和一位68岁男性（左膝关节Ⅱ度伤口），两人被病犬咬伤后均未到医院处理伤口及注射疫苗。后来，女性伤者经过3个月的潜伏期后发病死亡，男性伤者经过6个月的潜伏期后发病死亡。事例2，2007年，7岁的男孩和23岁的哥哥均被同一病犬咬伤，男孩面部等多处Ⅲ度伤口，哥哥左手拇指被咬伤Ⅲ度伤口，事后，两人均立即去医院处理伤口，均同时注射狂犬疫苗，未注射抗狂犬免疫球蛋白或抗狂犬病毒血清，结果，弟弟伤后第11天发病，病后3天死亡，哥哥未发病至今健康。由此说明，人被狂犬咬伤后，在不做任何处理的情况下，伤口部位与中枢神经系统距离远近以及伤口的严重程度，决定了狂犬病发病潜伏期的长短。 　　【关键词】狂犬病；防制；诊断；研究进展 　　【中图分类号】R18 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2015）13-0009-02 　　Research progress of rabies diagnosis and prevention and control Luo Jinghao. The Center for Disease Control and Prevention of Tianyang County, Guangxi, Baise, 533600, China 　　【Abstract】There are two typical example: Case 1, in 1990, a disease of dog bites to a 60-year-old woman right palm (Ⅲ degree wound), the same time, bites to 68 - year - old male (left knee joints,Ⅱdegree wound), after being bitten by a dog, two people not to go to the hospital treatment the wound, and not vaccinated. Later, the woman was dead after incubation period of 3 months. After the incubation period of six months，the man was injured and dead. Case 2, in 2007, a seven year old boy and his elder brother(23 year old)was bitten just by a same dog, the boys face and other parts of the body have Ⅲ degree wound, brother left thumb was bitten(Ⅲ degree wound). Both of them wented to the hospital to deal with the wound, and immediately be given a wild dog vaccine , but not injection of rabies immune globulin or against the rabies virus serum. the little brother incidence injury in 11 days after bitten, and dead after three days . Brother did not bother to now are very healthy. Therefore, after being bitten by the rabies, if dont do any processing, the length of the rabies incubation period depends on the severity of the wound, the wound and the distance between the central nervous system. 　　【Key words】Rabies; Prevention and control; Diagnosis; The research progress 　　狂犬病又名恐水症，俗称疯狗病[1-2]，英文名
