精品论文 参考文献 甲胎蛋白、铁蛋白、癌胚抗原联合检测的意义及价值 杨亮 (无锡市惠山区洛社镇社区卫生服务中心检验科 214187) 【摘要】目的 讨论甲胎蛋白、铁蛋白、癌胚抗原联合检测诊断原发性肝癌的意义以及在体检中的价值。方法 采用电化学发光法检测血清中甲胎蛋白（AFP）、铁蛋白（FERR）、癌胚抗原（CEA）的含量，健康体检人员甲胎蛋白和癌胚抗原先用酶联免疫法（ELISA）检测，阳性的再用电化学发光法检测其含量。结果 80例原发性肝癌病人的AFP阳性符合率62.5%，FERR阳性符合率60.0%，CEA阳性符合率30.0%。AFP-FERR联合阳性符合率82.5%,AFP—CEA联合阳性符合率77.5% ,AFP-FERR与AFP-FERR-CEA联合对原发性肝癌的阳性符合率由82.5%增至95.0%。结论 应加强健康体检，最好定期检查，以便于各类疾病的早发现早预防早治疗，而对于原发性肝癌的辅助诊断，应以联合检测为准。 【关键??】甲胎蛋白 铁蛋白 癌胚抗原 体检 联合检测 【中图分类号】R446 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2014）18-0389-02 To discuss the value and importance of alpha fetoprotein, ferritin, carcinoembryonic antigen in joint detection in diagnosis Yang Liang (Clinical laboratory of Huishan district Luoshe community health service center, Wuxi, 214187) 【Abstract】Objective To discuss the value of alpha fetoprotein, ferritin, carcinoembryonic antigen in physical examination and joint detection in diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma。Method The electrochemical luminescence method in detection of alpha fetoprotein (AFP), serum ferritin (FERR), carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA)content in serum,the healthy physical examination personnel AFP and CEA by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) detection,then the electrochemical luminescence method was used to detect the content of positive。Result 80 cases of primary liver cancer patients with AFP positive rate was 62.5%,FERR positive coincidence rate was 60%, CEA positive coincidence rate was 30%.
