精品论文 参考文献 痰热清注射液致不良反应的综合研究及合理应用研究 何小霞 　　重庆市万州区人民医院 重庆 404100 　　【摘 要】目的：分析痰热清注射液致不良反应的类型及特征，以制定针对性的合理用药对策。方法：选择我院自行报告的76例痰热清注射液致不良反应病例患者为研究对象，回顾性分析患者不良反应发生类型及临床表现、不良反应发生时间、既往过敏史、用药情况及临床转归等，总结不良反应发生规律、特征。结果：76例痰热清注射液致不良反应患者中，主要累及系统/器官为皮肤及其附件（53.95%）、胃肠消化系统（18.42%）和神经系统（11.84%）；62例（81.58%）患者于用药过程中即出现不良反应；有既往过敏史者25例（32.89%）； 选择葡萄糖注射液溶媒占27.63%，氯化钠注射液溶媒占72.37%；联合用药者占43.42%。患者停止用药及予以对症支持治疗后均得以治愈或者好转。结论：皮肤过敏反应为痰热清注射液致不良反应的临床主要类型，而临床应用本品时，应警惕患者是否有过敏史、准确把握用药剂量、合理选择溶媒、注意联合用药禁忌及加强用药监测等，以最大限度的降低药物不良反应，促进临床合理用药。 　　【关键词】痰热清注射液；不良反应；合理应用 　　【中图分类号】R95 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1674-8999（2015）8-0142-02 　　The Comprehensive Research and Rational Exploration of Tanreqing Injection Caused 25 Cases with adverse reactions 　　【Abstract】objective: to analyze phlegm heat injection type and characteristics of adverse reactions, and formulate the specific measures for the rational use of drugs. Methods: our hospital to report 76 cases of phlegm heat injection adverse reaction of the patients wer analyzed retrospectively, and summarizes the adverse reaction occurrence regularity and characteristics. Results: 76 patients with phlegm heat injection adverse reactions, mainly involving the system/organ was the skin and its accessories (53.95%), gastrointestinal digestive system (18.42%) and nervous system (11.84%). 62 cases of patients (81.58%) that appear in the process of adverse reactions to drugs; History of allergy was 25 cases (32.89%); Choose glucose injection solvent was 27.63%, sodium chloride injection solvent accounted was 72.37%; United people accounted was 43.42%. Support symptohlegm heat injection to the clinical main types of adverse reactions, and clinical application of this product, should be alert to patients if there is a history of allergies, accurately grasp the dosage, the reasonable selection solvent, pay attention to the combination taboo and strengthen the drug monitoring and so on, to maximize reduce adverse drug reactions, promote clinical rational drug use. 　　【Key words】ph
