精品论文 参考文献 盐酸氨溴索联合乙酰半胱氨酸治疗慢性支气管炎的临床疗效观察 航天中心医院 北京北京 100049 摘要：目的：观察盐酸氨溴索联合乙酰半胱氨酸治疗慢性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法：选取我院2013年2月～2015年4月收治的112例慢性支气管炎患者作为研究对象，随机分为观察组（盐酸氨溴索联合乙酰半胱氨酸）和对照组（盐酸氨溴索）各56例，对比两组患者的治疗效果以及肺功能指标。结果：观察组患者的治疗有效率比对照组更高（94.7%＞87.5%），对比差异显著（P＜0.05）。治疗前，两组患者的肺功能指标对比无显著差异（P＞0.05），与治疗前相比，两组患者的肺功能指标均明显改善（P＜0.05）；与对照组相比，观察组患者的肺功能指标更优，两组对比具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：在慢性支气管炎的临床治疗中，采用盐酸氨溴索联合乙酰半胱氨酸治疗，取得了十分显著的治疗效果，能够有效恢复患者的肺功能，有助于患者的治疗与康复，建议在临床上予以推广。 关键词：盐酸氨溴索；乙酰半胱氨酸；慢性支气管炎；临床疗效 Abstract：objective：to observe the hydrochloric acid ammonium bromide cable joint acetylcysteine clinical curative effect for the treatment of chronic bronchitis.Selection methods：our hospital from February 2013 to April 2013 treated 112 cases of chronic bronchitis patients as the research object，were randomly divided into observation group （hydrochloric acid ammonia bromine joint acetylcysteine） and control group （hydrochloric acid ammonia bromine cable） 56 cases，compared the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients and pulmonary function index.Results：observation group of patients treatment effectiveness is higher than in control group （94.7% gt; 87.5%），compared to significant difference （P lt; 0.05）.Before the treatment，two groups of patients with lung function index comparison there was no significant difference （P gt; 0.05），compared with before treatment，two groups of patients with lung function index were significantly improved （P lt; 0.05）；Compared with control group，the observation group of patients with lung function index of better，compared the two groups have statistical significance （P lt; 0.05）.Conclusion：in the clinical treatment of chronic bronchitis，using hydrochloric acid ammonia bromine joint acetylcysteine treatment，achieved significant treatment effect，can effectively restore the patients lung function，help the patients treatment and rehabilitation，Suggestions to promote in clinic.
