精品论文 参考文献 研究X线与CT联合检查在脊柱结核诊断中的应用价值 李文钗（浙江省瑞安市第二人民医院CT室 325207） 【中图分类号】R816【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-5085（2011）41-0032-02 【摘要】目的 分析临床使用X线以及CT联合检查在记住结合诊断中的应用，并分析其在临床中的诊断效果。方法 选取我院2009年1月～2010年1月以来所收治的脊柱结合患者40例，临床给予患者使用X线和CT联合检查，观察患者诊断效果，并分析X线与CT联合检查在临床中的应用价值。结果 通过临床对40例脊柱结合患者使用X线与CT联合检查方法发现，40例脊柱结核患者使用X线检查方法能够确诊20例，准确率为50%；而患者使用CT检查方法能够确诊30例，准确率为75%，而联合X线以及CT检查两种方法，能够确诊38例，准确率为95%，将X线与CT联合检查联合作为临床诊断方法要明显高于单纯使用X线或者CT检查，差异具有明显的统计学意义（Plt;0.05或者Plt;0.01）。结论 X线和CT检查在临床中脊柱结核患者的诊断都有具有一定的应用价值，但是准确率并不是非常高，而将X线和CT检查联合使用，能够具有非常高的准确率，并且帮助患者早诊断早治疗，提高患者的治愈率，改善患者的生活，值得日后在临床广泛推广与应用。 【关键词】X线 CT检查 脊柱结核 诊断 应用价值 【Abstract】 objective: to analyse clinical use of X line and CT examination in the joint with the application, remember the diagnosis and analysis of the clinical diagnosis effect in. Methods: the hospital from January 2009 to January 2010 were since the spine patients with 40 cases, clinical gives patients using x-rays and CT joint inspection, the patients were observed, and analysis the diagnosis effect of X line and CT examination in the clinical application of combined value. Results: through the clinical in 40 patients with spinal combined with patients use X-ray and CT joint inspection methods, found 40 cases spinal tuberculosis patients use X-ray method can diagnose 20 cases, accuracy rate is 50%; And the patient to use CT examination method can diagnose 30 cases, accuracy rate is 75%, while the union X-ray CT examination and two methods, can diagnose 38 cases, accuracy rate is 95%, the X-ray and CT joint inspection as the clinical diagnosis method combined to significantly higher than simple use X-ray or CT examination, the difference has the obvious statistical significance (Plt;0.05 or Plt;0.01).
