我国发达地区中小型企业核心 竞争力的构建 张伟雄 经济管理学院 国际经济与贸易专业 指导教师 刘明贵 摘要：核心竞争力是指企业内部经过整合知识和技能，尤其是协调各方面资源的知识和技能，即能使公司为客户带来特别利益的一类独有的技能和技术，是组织的积累性学识，特别是关于如何协调不同的生产技能和有机结合多种技术流派的学识。而我国发达地区中小型企业核心竞争力不足，具体表现为缺乏战略意识和战略规划，技术创新能力相对薄弱，资本运作能力薄弱等等。因此，构建我国发达地区中小型企业核心竞争力的策略是要科学地制定培育核心竞争力的战略规划，通过建立合理的奖惩制度提高技术创新意识、加大对发达地区中小型企业自主创新扶持力度、构建“产学研”合作体系来提高发达地区中小型企业技术创新能力，提高资本运作能力并通过产业集群来提升我国发达地区中小型企业的核心竞争力。 关键词：核心竞争力；发达地区；中小型企业 The establishment of small and medium-sized Enterprise＇s ore competence in developed area ZHANG Wei-Xiong College of Economic Management International Economy and Trade Management Faculty adviser LIU Min-gui Abstract: The core competence refers to a kind of sole possession and organization’s accumulation knowledge, especially about coordinating different productive skills and organic synthesis technology knowledge, which came from enterprise interior coordinating various resources and can cause the company to bring the special benefit to customer. As the core competence of Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises in developed area is insufficient, especially lack of strategic consciousness and strategic plan, technological innovation ability, capital operation ability. Therefore, the strategy on constructing Chinese small and medium-sized enterprise’s core competence in developed area is to formulate strategic cultivation plan for core competence scientifically, raise the technological innovation consciousness through reasonable reward and punishment, increase these enterprises’ independent innovation support dynamics, and construct the cooperation system among “produce –study-research” to enhance enterprise’s technological innovation ability, sharpen capital operation ability and through industrial colony to promote the core competence of small and medium-sized enterprises in Chinese developed area.
