精品论文 参考文献 社区老年高血压患者血压变异性与颈动脉硬化斑块的相关性研究 哈尔滨市二四二医院 150060 【摘 要】目的：探究老年高血压患者血压变异性与颈动脉硬化斑块的相关性，并研究纯收缩期高血压、纯舒张期高血压、收缩期与舒张期双期高血压患者的高血压变异性与颈动脉硬化斑块形成的内在联系。方法：选取社区内老年高血压患者共90例，其中纯收缩期高血压患者30例，纯舒张期高血压患者30例，收缩期与舒张期双气高血压患者30例，再选取血压正常的老年人30人作为对照组，对选取的老年人共120例进行血压与颈动脉内膜厚度的监测，采用24h的动态血压监测，同时对颈动脉进行超声波检查，整理检测结果，得出高血压血压变异性与颈动脉硬化斑块形成之间的关系。结果：通过监测结果可以发现，老年高血压患者的血压变异性明显高于对照组，各时期高血压患者在昼夜循环中血??变异性规律相同，而且患有高血压病的老年人的颈动脉硬化值明显高于对照组正常人。结论：老年高血压变异性与颈动脉硬化斑块的形成有联系，降低血管变异性能够有效的缓解颈动脉硬化的情况。 【关键词】老年高血压；血压变异；颈动脉硬化 Abstract：Objective：To explore the correlation between blood pressure variability in elderly hypertensive patients with carotid artery atherosclerosis，and study in pure systolic hypertension and diastolic hypertension，hypertensive patients with pure systolic and diastolic Qishuang period hypertension variability and carotid plaque formation in.Methods：community elderly patients with hypertension in 90 cases，including 30 cases of patients with isolated systolic hypertension，30 cases of pure diastolic hypertension patients，30 cases of double systolic and diastolic hypertension patients，and then select the normal blood pressure of old people and 30 people as control group，to the selection of old people a total of 120 cases of blood pressure and thickness of carotid artery endometrial monitoring，ambulatory blood pressure monitoring by 24h，at the same time ultrasonic examination on carotid artery，consolidation test results，obtained the relationship between the formation of blood pressure variability and carotid atherosclerosis plaque.Results：through the monitoring results can be found that the blood pressure variability in elderly hypertensive patients was significantly higher than the control group，the patients with hypertension in the circadian blood pressure variability in the same rule，and carotid atherosclerosis in elderly patients with hypertension was significantly higher than normal control group.Conclusion：the relationship between carotid atherosclerosis plaque and carotid atheroscleros
