精品论文 参考文献 米非司酮在妇产科疾病治疗中的应用效果分析 武汉市黄陂区中医院妇产科 湖北武汉 430300 【摘 要】 目的：分析米非司酮在妇产科疾病当中的临床诊治应用价值。方法：使用在我院2015年2月- 2016年3月到门诊进行的质询，经专科医生诊断确诊患有妇科疾病的55名作为研究对象。对所有研究对象使用米非司酮进行治疗，随后在所有研究对象接受治疗的一个月后，复查患有不同妇科疾病的55名患者使用米非司酮进行治疗的效果。结果：在妇产科疾病的临床诊治的过程当中，米非司酮主要使用在子宫肌瘤、子宫内膜异位症、异常子宫出血等临床疾病的诊治过程当中，并获得了很好的诊治疗效，与此同时，米非司酮在紧急避孕以及停止中期和早期的妊娠诊治的过程当中，获得了很好的诊治效果。结论：米非司酮在对于很多种妇科疾病的诊治当中有着明显的诊治疗效，在治疗妇科疾病时有着不可忽视的使用价值。 【关键词】米非司酮；妇产科；临床诊治 Analysis of application of mifepristone in obstetrics and gynecology disease treatment effect Wei Lingfei （huangpi district of wuhan city hospital of gynecology and obstetrics Hubei wuhan 430300） 【 abstract 】 objective：to analysis of mifepristone in obstetrics and gynecology clinical application value of diagnosis and treatment of disease.Methods：to use in our hospital in February 2015 - March 2016 inquiries to the clinic，the diagnosis of specialized subject doctor diagnosed with disease of department of gynaecology 55 as the research object.For all the research object using mifepristone treatment，then in all subjects underwent treatment after a month，the review of 55 patients with different disease of department of gynaecology use mifepristone treatment effect.Results：in the process of clinical diagnosis and treatment of obstetrics and gynecology disease，mainly using mifepristone in uterine fibroids，endometriosis，abnormal uterine bleeding of clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease process，and obtained the very good treatment effect，at the same time，mifepristone in emergency contraception and stop the process of mid and early diagnosis and treatment of pregnancy，obtained the very good treatment effect.Conclusion：mifepristone in for a lot of kinds of diagnosis and treatment of disease of department of gynaecology diagnosis and treatment has obvious curative effect，in the treatment of disease of department of gynaecology has the use value can not be ignored. 【 key words 】 mifepristone.The department of obstetrics and gynecology
