宝钢(140 mm机组装备条件下开发(51(9.0 mm T92高压锅炉管 摘　　要 电力是日常生活和工业生产的必需品，电力行业发展与国民经济息息相关。随着我国电力需求的不断增长，火力发电设备逐渐向高温高压、大容量发展，锅炉过热器和再热器的壁温不断提高，同时对高压锅炉管的性能也提出了更高的要求。 火力发电机组的效率主要取决于机组的参数，参数越高，机组效率越高，而高压锅炉管是提高机组效率的关键。总体来说，随着火力发电向更高参数的发展，锅炉的温度和压力越来越高、管道工作环境越来越苛刻、管道尺寸不断增加，因此需要高合金高压锅炉管的量越来越大，对管材承压耐温及材质的要求越来越高，对管材的精度要求也更为苛刻。 本文根据设计指导书的要求，基于宝钢钢管(140 mm全浮动芯棒连轧机组装备条件，对一个典型规格(51(9.0 mm高压锅炉管的相关技术参数进行演算，并就其产品做了相应的分析。 Design of (51×9.0 mm T92 High-pressure Boiler Tube under the Equipment Conditions of the (140 mm Mandrel Mill at Bao Steel Abstract Power is the necessities of daily life and industrial production, and the power industry is closely bound up with the national economy. In the form of power production, there mainly have four categories:thermal power generation, utilities, nuclear power and windpower. The future direction of development in the power industry is the positive development of hydropower, nuclear power generation and the new energy to generate electricity. Thermal power crews efficiency depends largely on the crews parametre and the more parameter,the better the efficiency, and the key to improve the efficiency is high-pressure boiler tube. Overall,as to the development of higher parameters on the thermal power, The temperature and pressure of boiler is getting higher and higher, piping work environment become more and more harsh, pipe size increases ceaselessly and therefore it need more and more high alloy of high pressure boiler tube, for pipe pressure and temperature of the material are increasingly demanding and the accuracy of pipes is also more critical. According to the design requirements, this paper is based on the equipment conditions of the Φ140mm mandrel mill in BaoSteel Co. Ltd. The product designed is of 51mm in O.D. and 9.0mm in wall thickness. And their products do an analysis.
