精品论文 参考文献 综合护理路径在胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者围术期应用观察 (商丘市第一人民医院骨二科 河南商丘 476100) [摘要] 目的:观察综合护理路径在胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者围术期中的应用效果。方法:选取本院收治的胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者60例，随机分为两组，观察组和对照组，各30例。两组患者均采用常规护理模式，观察组患者在此基础上加用综合护理路径干预，比较两组患者护理3周后并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果:观察组患者并发症总发生率（16.67%）低于对照组（40%），差异显著（P＜0.05）； 观察组患者护理总满意率（86.67%）明显高于对照组（60%），差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论:综合护理路径在胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者围术期中应用效果明显，患者护理满意度高，值得大力推广与应用。 [关键词] 综合护理路径；胸腰椎压缩性骨折；围术期 Perioperative application of comprehensive nursing pathway in patients with thoracic and lumbar vertebral compression fracture Ye Yongxia (Department of bone two, Shangqiu First Peoples Hospital, Shangqiu, Henan 476100) [Abstract] Objective: To observe the application effect of comprehensive nursing pathway in the perioperative period of patients with thoracic and lumbar vertebral compression fractures. Methods: 60 cases of thoracic and lumbar vertebral compression fractures were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group, 30 cases in each group. Two groups of patients were used conventional nursing mode, the observation group patients on the basis of the use of comprehensive nursing path intervention, compared the two groups of patients after 3 weeks of nursing care and the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction. Results: the overall incidence of complications in patients with the observation group rate (16.67%) was lower than that of the control group (40%), and the difference is significant (P lt; 0.05); observation group patients nursing satisfaction rate (86.67%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (60%), the difference was significant (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion: the comprehensive nursing pathway in the perioperative period of patients with thoracic and lumbar vertebral compression fractures has obvious effect, the patient care satisfaction is high, it is worthy to be popularized and applied.
