精品论文 参考文献 老年慢性肺心病合并呼吸衰竭的综合护理干预 合江县人民医院 四川泸州 646200 摘要：目的：对老年慢性肺心病合并呼吸衰竭患者的临床用药及护理予以探讨。方法：随机选取我院2012年1月至2014年12月间收治的老年慢性肺心病合并呼吸衰竭患者60例，将其随机均分为两组，分别作为对照组与观察组，对对照组患者实施常规护理干预，对观察组患者实施用药护理管理、心理护理等方面的综合护理干预，对两组患者的护理满意度进行对比分析。结果：观察组患者的临床护理满意度为96.67%，对照组患者的临床护理满意度为80.0%，两组患者的护理满意度相比具有明显的差异，并且差异具有统计学意义。结论：在老年慢性肺心病合并呼吸衰竭患者的临床治疗中，积极为患者实施用药护理管理、心理护理等方面的综合护理干预，对于患者护理满意度的提升具有积极的作用，值得在临床应用中推广。 关键词：老年慢性肺心病；呼吸衰竭；用药护理管理；心理护理 Abstract：Objective：To explore the clinical medication and nursing care of patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease with respiratory failure.Methods：60 elderly patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease combined with respiratory failure were randomly selected in our hospital from 2013 January to 2014 December between the cases，which were randomly divided into two groups，respectively，as the control group and observation group，control the implementation of routine nursing care to patients in the intervention group，the patients in the observation group nursing intervention of psychological nursing and other aspects of the implementation of the management，medication nursing，comparative analysis of two groups of patients and nursing satisfaction.Results：the observation group of patients with clinical nursing satisfaction was 96.67%，the control group of patients with clinical nursing satisfaction was 80%，compared two groups of patients and nursing satisfaction has obvious difference，and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion：in the clinical treatment of patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease with respiratory failure，and actively implement the comprehensive nursing intervention，medication nursing，psychological nursing and management and other aspects of the patient，has a positive effect on patients satisfaction to nursing care improved，worthy of promotion in clinical application.
