精品论文 参考文献 肛肠外科术后排尿排便中早期护理干预应用效果分析 熊书娥 　　（四川省成都市温江区中医医院肛肠科 四川 成都 611130） 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨肛肠外科术后排尿排便中使用早期护理的疗效。方法：选取我院2015年2月～2015年8月收治的肛肠外科手术患者100例，随机分为两组，对照组使用基础护理；治疗组在基础护理上增加早期的护理干预。记录两组患者的病情发展和患者对护理的满意程度。结果:实验组50例患者中有5例患者出现排便排尿困难情况，发生率为10%，患者的满意率为86%；对照组中有13例患者出现排便排尿困难的情况，发生率为26%，患者的满意率为60%。两组患者的数据具有明显的差异，具有统计学含义。plt;0.05。结论:对于患有肛肠疾病的患者在手术后进行护理干预，可以减轻患者的痛苦，降低患者排便排尿困难发生的概率，提高患者的满意程度，可以在临床中推广使用。 　　【关键词】 肛肠外科；排便排尿；早期护理干预；术后 　　【中图分类号】R473 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）10-0053-02 　　Analysis of the effect of nursing intervention on postoperative urination and defecation in Department of anus amp; intestine surgery 　　Xiong Shursquo;e.
