精品论文 参考文献 肺结核合并2型糖尿病的整体护理干预效果评价 中国人民解放军第97医院。感染科 江苏/徐州221000 　　【摘要】目的：评价肺结核合并2型糖尿病患者给予临床整体护理干预之后所取得的成效表现。方法：随机选择于2013年11月至2015年11月间我院收治的肺结核合并2型糖尿病患者80例，作为本次研究对象，采用电脑随机分组的方式，将此次研究对象随机分为研究组与常规组，各组40例，其中常规组患者给予常规护理干预，研究组患者在常规护理基础之上，给予整体护理干预，主要包括心理护理、饮食护理、运动护理、用药指导、健康教育等。对比两组患者血糖控制率、护理服务满意率、肺结核治疗情况。结果：研究组患者肺结核治愈率显著优于常规组患者，数据对比具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），研究组患者护理服务满意率明显优于常规组，数据对比具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），血糖控制率明显高于常规组，数据对比具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：对肺结核合并2型糖尿病患者实施整体护理干预，可有效控制患者的疾病情况，改善患者血糖控制水平，最终提升结核合并2型糖尿病患者生活质量，临床给予整体护理干预，具有广阔前景的应用价值。 　　【关键词】肺结核；2型糖尿病；整体护理；干预效果 　　Evaluation on the effect of holistic nursing intervention on pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus 　　Department of infectious diseases in No.97 Hospital of PLA wangting 　　[Abstract] Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of pulmonary tuberculosis patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus after clinical nursing intervention.
