抗菌消炎妇科中药的筛选及临床前实验研究 　　[摘要]目的 探?妇科生殖系统感染的治疗药物，筛选抗菌消炎效果特别显著的中药。 方法 选择抗菌消炎的4种中药：树参、藤石松、松萝和石仙桃，分别用水提法和醇提法提取其组分，将其提取物配为相同浓度的溶液，分组为中药处理组（n=25）和水CK1、乙醇CK2对照组（n=25）。培养大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和产气大肠埃希菌，采用管碟法测定中药提取液的抑菌圈，评价抑菌效果。结果 4种中药水提液中，抑菌效果最好的是藤石松，对3种细菌的抑制效果都很明显，与对照组差异有统计学意义（P 　　[关键词]妇科炎症；树参提取物；藤石松提取物；抗菌消炎；筛选 　　[中图分类号] R285.5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）12（c）-0121-04 　　Screening of Chinese herbal medicine for antibacterial anti-inflammatory in department of gynaecology and preclinical experimental study 　　ZUO Chun-lian1 HAN Cheng-yun2 LIU Zhi-kai2 YAN Qu-ru2 　　1.Department of Gynaecology and Obstetrics，Yuanzhou District Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Jiangxi Province，Yichun 336000，China；2.Yichun University in Jiangxi Province，Yichun 336000，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To study the drug of treating gynecological reproductive system infection，and screen the Chinese herbal medicine with very good antibacterial anti-inflammatory effect.Methods Four kinds of Chinese herbal medicines were selected as the antibacterial and antiphlogistic drugs：Dendropanax dentiger Merr.，Lycopodium japonicum Thunb，Usnea diffracta Vain，Pholido-ta cantonensis Rolfe.They were extracted by water extraction and ethanol extraction，and then they were mixed into the same concentration solution.The group was the treatment group of Chinese herbal medicine （n=25），and water CK1 and ethanol CK2 control group （n=25） respectively.Escherichia coli，Staphylococcus aureus，Staphylococcus aureus were Cultured，and the bacteriostatic ring was determined of Chinese herbal medicine extract by tube plate method to evaluate the bacteriostatic effect.Results Among 4 kinds of water extract of Chinese herbal medicine，Lycopodium japonicum Thunb had the best bacteriostatic effect，and it had a very obvious bacteriostatic effect for 3 kinds of bacteria，and there was a statistical difference compared with control group （P 　　[Key words]Gynecological inflammation；Dendropanax dentiger extract；Lycopodiastrum casuarinoides extract
