精品论文 参考文献 超声定位单极冷循环射频消融治疗肝癌的疗效分析 （山东省禹城市人民医院放射科 251200） 【摘要】 目的：研究超声引导多点扇形立体定位单极冷循环射频消融治疗肝癌的临床效果。方法：对32 例肝癌患者的39 个肿瘤设计多点扇形立体定位法施行超声引导经皮单极冷循环射频消融（Unipolar cold circular radiofrequency ablation UCRFA）治疗。患者治疗前超声常规扫描定位，超声多切面扫描，设计肿瘤类球形立体投影。将射频电极经导向器穿刺肿瘤至肿瘤底部，根据肿瘤大小由深至浅进行消融治疗；治疗后1 个月行增强CT 或CEUS 检查评估治疗效果。结果：39 个肿瘤共消融次数127 次，每个肿瘤平均消融3.25 次。治疗后1 个月CT复查，肿瘤体积缩小，CECT 示肿瘤无强化者89.29%，部分强化者10.71%；CEUS 示肿瘤内无增强者87.38%，部分增强者12.62%。结论：临床应用结果表明超声引导多点扇形立体定位单极RFA 治疗肝癌疗效可靠，提高了较大肝癌消融灭活率。 【关键词】 射频消融；超声引导；多点扇面；单机冷循环；肝癌； 【中图分类号】 R2 【文献标号】 A 【文章编号】 2095-7165（2015）15-0146-02Li xinDepartment of Radiology，The Peoplersquo;s Hospital of Yucheng，251200 【Abstract】Objective：to study the effects of ultrasound-guided multiplespot sector stereotaxis in unipolar cooling cycle radiofrequency ablationtreatment of hepatocellular carcinoma.．Methods：32 patients with 39 hepatic tumors were treated with ultrasound-guided percutaneous radiofrequencyablation by the multiplespot sector stereotaxis method. The patients were conventional scanned and they were multi-section scanned with ultrasoundbefore treatment, the quasi-spherical stereoprojections of tumors were designed. The tumors were punctured by radio-frequency electrode to the bottomvia guider,the tumors were treated by RFA from deep to shallow according to the size of tumors；enhenced CT or CEUS was performed to evaluate thetherapeutic effect one month after treatment. Results： Totally 127 ablative times were peformed in 39 tumors, the average times of each tumor is 3.25.Onemonth after therapy the patients were followed by CT scan, the volume of tumors showed shrinking, enhanced CT showed that the statistics of tumorswithout strengthening were 89.29%，partial reinforcement were 10.71%； Contrast enhancement Ultrasound showed that the statistics of tumors withoutstrengthening were 87.38%，partial reinforcement were 12.62%. Conclusion：The clinical study shows it is an effective and reliable treatment methods to useultrasound-guided
