毕业设计（论文） 题目：广州市旧城改造被拆迁人权益现状及其研究  广州市旧城改造被拆迁人权益现状及其研究 摘要 我国城镇建设中强制性拆迁已经成为当前基层社会的焦点矛盾之一，不仅仅挫伤了群众对社会、政府的信心，更严重地影响到政府自身形象。其实广大老百姓并不反对拆迁，可是往往在拆迁过程中的损失得不到公平补偿，部分城镇地区才会出现“钉子户”、“被拆迁”等问题，其实很大原因是因为相关部门并不能真正做到“拆”与“迁”相互融合，只是一昧地保全自己个人钱财而忘记去关心和体贴老百姓的根本需求。 本文主要以广州市作为研究对象，阐述旧城改造被拆迁人权益现状，结合实例分析主要突出的问题，并要针对性提出完善城市房屋拆迁中被拆迁人权益保护的机制。 关键词：旧城改造；被拆迁人；权益现状  Guangzhou city urban renewal demolition rights situation and research ABSTRACT Nowadays, the local government of Guangzhou demolition has been one of the basic social contradictions in the focus, not only seriously influence the masses of the society, the governments confidence, more serious influence to the Guangzhou government rule of law authority. In fact, the majority of people are not opposed to the demolition, but often expect compensation is not satisfied, resulting in the alleys of the uncompleted residential flats, the subsidies are a link in a lost, peoples life become drift boat. Therefore, in some areas of Guangzhou will appear nail households, demolition and so on, in fact, largely because the relevant departments can not truly down and change mutual fusion, just blindly to save money and forget to care and caring peoples basic needs. This paper takes Guangzhou city as the research object, analyzing the transformation of the old city were taken right status, with examples, the main problems, and to put forward the perfect city housing demolition was relocated the human rights and interests protection mechanism.
