精品论文 参考文献 阑尾炎不同术式的对比研究 陈飞云（通讯作者）??黄继茂 　　（深圳市盐田区盐港医院 广东 深圳 518083） 　　【摘要】 ?目的：探讨阑尾炎不同术式的临床效果。方法：选取2014年7月1日至2014年12月31日在我院住院可行腔镜手术、亦可行开腹手术的阑尾炎患者30名，随机行传统开腹手术、多（3或4）孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术、经脐单孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术，对比研究三种不同术式的临床效果。结果：在手术时间、住院费用上，传统手术优于腔镜手术（Plt;0.05）；在住院日和肛管排气时间上，腔镜手术优于传统手术（Plt;0.05）；在切口长度上，经脐单孔腔镜术优于其余两种术式（Plt;0.05）；在术中出血量方面，三种术式间都有区别（Plt;0.05）。结论：阑尾炎的各种术式均有优缺点，在实际临床中，可根据具体情况实施不同的术式。 　　【关键词】??阑尾炎；术式 　　【中图分类号】R615 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2015）13-0011-02 　　?Comparative study on different operation of appendicitis 　　Chen Feiyun ,Huang Jimao The Yan Gang Hospital , Yantian district , Shenzhen 518083,China 　　【Abstract】?Objective To explore the clinical effect of different surgical methods for?appendicitis.?Methods ?30 patients withappendicitis?were selected from 1 January 2014 to December 31,2014?in our hospital,which can be imposed laparoscopic appendectomy and open conventional appendectomy . Random practice open conventional appendectomy, muple-hole laparoscopic appendectomy, transumbilical single hole laparoscopic appendectomy. Study the clinical effect of three kinds of style.??Results The?open conventional appendectomy is bertter than laparoscopic appendectomy on the operation time and hospitalization expenses（Plt;0.05）. The laparoscopic appendectomy is bertter than?the?open conventional appendectomy on the days of hospitalization and anal exhaust time（Plt;0.05）. The transumbilical single hole laparoscopic appendectomy is bertter than?the other two kinds of operation on the length of the incision（Plt;0.05）. The three groups are different on the amount of bleeding during the operation （Plt;0.05）.?Conclusions ?There are both advantages and disadvantages in the various operation of?appendicitis.
