精品论文 参考文献 预见性运动护理预防妊高征患者下肢深静脉血栓的效果观察 （商丘市第一人民医院妇产科 河南商丘 476100） [摘要] 目的 研究预见性运动护理在预防妊高征患者并发下肢深静脉血栓的临床疗效。方法 选取本院所收治妊娠高征患者60例，将其分为两组，各30例，分别为观察组和对照组。对照组采用传统的产褥期护理模式，观察组在对照组护理基础上采用预见性运动护理模式，观察两组患者的下肢深静脉血栓发生情况。结果 观察组患者在生产前后下肢深静脉血栓发生率为0，明显低于对照组总发生率的20%，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 在产褥期前后对妊高征患者实施预见性护理运动，能够有效预防产妇下肢深静脉血栓，临床效果明显，值得大力推广于与应用。 [关键词] 预见性护理；下肢静脉血栓；肢体运动；妊娠期高血压 Observation on effect of predictive exercise nursing in prevention of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension Kang Na (Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Shangqiu First Peoples Hospital, Shangqiu, Henan 476100) [Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effect of predictive exercise nursing in prevention of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension.
