精品论文 参考文献 食指背侧带血管神经束的岛状皮瓣修复拇指背侧皮肤软组织缺损 许妮 　　（大竹县中医院 四川 达州 635100） 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨拇指背侧皮肤软组织缺损采用食指背侧带血管神经束的岛状皮瓣修复效果。方法：本次选取拇指背侧皮肤软组织缺损患者40例，均为我院骨科2013年2月至2015年2月收治，采用食指背侧带血管神经束的岛状皮瓣修复治疗。结果：本次选取的拇指背侧皮肤软组织缺损患者40例，行平均5个月随访，皮瓣均成活，出现静脉回流障碍6例，血管危象在经局部减压处理后解除。皮肤耐摩擦，质地好，感觉障碍不明显，患者满意。结论：针对拇指背侧皮肤软组织缺损，采用食指背侧带血管神经束的岛状皮瓣实施修复治疗，可促感觉功能恢复，避免了二次手术造成的损伤，成功率高，修复后拇指耐磨性好，外形美观，对供区造成的损伤较小，未造成重要血管和神经损伤。 　　【关键词】 食指背侧；血管神经束；岛状皮瓣；修复；拇指背侧皮肤软组织缺损 　　【中图分类号】R62 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2015）17-0036-02 　　With the index finger dorsal neurovascular bundle dorsal skin flap repair of soft tissue defect of the thumb 　　Xu Ni. The Chinese Medicine Hospital of Dazhu County, Sichuan Province, Dazhou 635100, China 　　【Abstract】Objective To investigate the effect of skin island flap for repair of dorsal soft tissue defect of thumb with the index finger dorsal neurovascular bundle. Method We selected 40 cases of dorsal skin and soft tissue defect of the thumb were patients, the Department of orthopedics in our hospital from 2013 February to 2015 February, island flap with dorsal fore finger with neurovascular bundle treatment. Results The selection of the dorsal skin and soft tissue defect of the thumb in 40 cases, for an average of 5 months follow-up, all flaps survived, 6 cases occurred venous reflux disorder, vascular crisis after local decompression treatment after lifting. The skin friction resistance, good texture, sensory disturbance is not obvious, the satisfaction of patients. Conclusion The thumb dorsal skin and soft tissue defect with dorsal forefinger, with neurovascular island flap to repair the implementation of treatment, can promote the restoration of sensory function, to avoid the two operation injury, high success rate, after the repair of the thumb good wear resistance, beautiful appearance, small damage to donor site, did not cause significant vascular and nerve injury. 　　【Key words】Index finger dorsal neurovascular bundle; Island flap; Repair; Dor
