精品论文 参考文献 高龄结直肠癌的特点及手术治疗分析 胡洪1 陈功2 张勇1 　　（1玉溪市人民医院普外二科 云南 玉溪 653100） 　　（2中山大学肿瘤医院结直肠科 广东 广州 510060） 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨高龄结直肠癌的临床特点及手术治疗方法。方法：回顾性分析我院及中山大学肿瘤医院结直肠科135例经手术和病理证实的75～89岁高龄结直肠癌患者临床资料。结果：所有135例患者均行手术治疗, 其中101例(74.8%)属根治性切除, 19例姑息性切除,12例行结肠造口术。总切除率为88.7 %。无手术死亡病例。术后随访103例(76.3%)。总的2年和5年生存率分别为64.7%和42.3%。结论：对高龄结直肠癌患者应采取个体化治疗方案，原则是尽可能行肿瘤根治性切除,由于其疾病特点不同于年青人。通过加强术前评估与合理控制原有并存疾病。可降低手术风险，有效提高手术成功率、降低死亡率和合并症的发生，取得满意的手术效果。 　　【关键词】 高龄；结直肠肿瘤；外科治疗 　　【中图分类号】R735.34 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）07-0166-03 　　Analysis the characteristics and surgical treatment of elderly patients with colorectal cancer Hu Hong,Yuxi Peoples Hospital, Yunnan Province, Yuxi 653100,Yunnan,China.Chen Gong , Zhongshan UniversityCancer center,Guang zhou 510060,China .Zhang Yong,Yuxi Peoples Hospital, Yunnan Province, Yuxi 653100,Yunnan,China 　　【Abstract】Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and surgical treatment of elderly patients with colorectal cancer.Methods Clinical data of 135 cases of colorectal cancer patients with colorectal cancer in our hospital and the Zhongshan University Cancer Hospital, cases of colorectal cancer by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed.Results All 135 patients underwent surgical treatment, of which101cases (74.8%) were treated with radical resection, 19 cases received palliative resection, 12 cases underwent resection of the colon.
