精品论文 参考文献 鼻内镜手术治疗鼻腔及鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的护理分析 （泸州医学院附属医院耳鼻咽喉- 头颈外科, 四川646000） 【摘要】目的：探究分析鼻内镜手术治疗鼻腔及鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的护理方法及其效果。方法：随机选取我院在2013 年2 月到2014年12 月期间接收的60 例鼻腔及鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤患者，采用随机分配的原则分为观察组和对照组，对照组采用常规的护理方法，观察组在对照组基础上采用干预护理方法，对两组患者的临床护理效果进行比较分析。结果：观察组患者术后不良反应的发生率为6.7%，对照组术后不良反应发生率为36.7%，观察组的不良反应发生率显著低于对照组的不良反应发生率（Plt;0.05），具有统计学意义。结论：对进行鼻内镜手术治疗鼻腔及鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的患者做好干预护理，可有效地降低患者在术后并发症的产生，提高护理满意度，值得临床推广使用。 【关键词】鼻内镜手术；鼻腔及鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤；临床护理；分析 【中图分类号】 R573 【文献标号】 A 【文章编号】 2096-0867（2015）03-0050-02 Abstract: objective: to explore the analysis of nasal endoscopic surgery in treatment of nasal and sinus varus effect and nursingmethod of inverted papilloma. Methods: randomly selected from our hospital in February 2013 to December 2014 received during the60 cases of patients with inverted papilloma of the nasal cavity and sinuses turn, based on the principle of randomized divided intoobservation group and control group, control group using conventional methods of nursing care, observation group in the control group,on the basis of the intervention of nursing method to carry on comparative analysis to two groups of patients with clinical nursingeffect. Results: the incidence of adverse reactions after observation group of patients was 6.7%, the control group, the incidenceof postoperative adverse reaction was 36.7% group the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than the control groupthe incidence of adverse reactions (P lt; 0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusions: nasal endoscopic surgery for treatment ofinverted papilloma of the nasal cavity and sinuses turn finish nursing intervention, patients can effectively reduce the patients inthe postoperative complications, improve nursing satisfaction, worth clinical promotion.Key words: nasal endoscopic surgery; Inverted papilloma of the nasal cavity and sinuses turn; Clinical nursing; Analysis of the 鼻腔及鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤是一种常见的良性肿瘤，具有生长缓慢、病程较长的特点，据有关资料显示，该病男性患者多于女性患者，发病年龄多在30—40 岁之间，患者在发病后，随着病情
