中药穴位敷贴防治小儿哮喘缓解期的临床研究 作者：胥丹桂, 侯梦晓, 齐玲, 周凤, 王文辉, 谭晴江, 林琼霞, 宁艳 作者单位：(广东省深圳市中医院儿科， 广东 深圳 518033) 【摘要】 　　目的：对中药穴位敷贴疗法治疗小儿哮喘缓解期的有效性和安全性作出评价。方法：三伏天试验组予中药穴位敷贴，对照组予口服酮替芬治疗。且本研究将《中医病证诊断疗效标准》内的哮喘缓解期证候分类标准中的主要症状进行量化评分，以此为根据科学地观察中药穴位敷贴疗法治疗小儿缓解期的临床疗效，得出科学结论。结果：小儿哮喘于缓解期采用三伏天中药穴位敷贴治疗后体质增强，感冒次数、平时出汗逐年减少，哮喘发作次数减少，发作时喘息程度变轻。结论：中药穴位敷贴疗法安全、方便、疗效好，能减少哮喘的复发，并且副作用少，病人易于接受。对保护儿童健康有重要意义。 【关键词】 中药穴位敷贴; 小儿哮喘缓解期 　　Clinical Study on Treatment of Remission of Asthma in Children by Chinese Medicine Point Application 　　XU Dan-gui, HOU Meng-xiao, QI Ling, et al 　　(Shenzhen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, Guangdong Shenzhen 518033, China) 　　Abstract： Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of point application of chinese medicine in the treatment of asthma in children in remission of asthma and to evaluation of security .Method: Ninty patients with climacteric syndrome were randomly divided into the treated group (treated with chinese medicine point application) and the control group (treated with Ketotifen );and the study quantitative score by the main symptoms of asthma remission, then the patients accepted chinese medicine point application , we observed the clinical efficacy, drawed scientific conclusions.Result: Asthma in children in remission by point application of chinese medicine treatment have good effective ,the patients who can enhance physique and decrease the number of flu, usually sweatinging, reducing the number of asthma attacks.Conclusion: Point application of chinese medicine is effective in treating asthma in children in remission, and regulate immunological function of body ,and patients easily accepted, also effective protection of childrens health. 　　Key words： Point application of chinese medicine; Remission of asthma in children 　　小儿哮喘是儿科最常见的慢性呼吸道疾病，具有反复发作，迁延难愈的特点，得不到及时有效的治疗，常迁延至成年，严重影响了患儿的身心健康。多年来，我们从中医理论出发，注重小儿哮喘缓解期的治疗，在天人相应、冬病夏治理论指导下，采用三伏天穴位敷贴疗法，对小儿哮喘的防治的有效性和安全性进行了系统的临床研究，现将研究成果简介如下。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料：我们于2005年7月以来进行了缓解期中药穴位敷贴防治
