小跨径预应力混凝土箱型梁
摘要
本设计为 《凉水桥上部结构设计》,桥梁单跨长 35m,全桥 4 跨共 140m。本桥为预应
力简支梁桥,桥梁的上部构造采用预应力钢筋混凝土箱型梁结构形式。为探索桥梁设计之
精髓,本设计从桥型比选至桥面铺装每一细部都进行了细致的设计说明,本凉水桥设计采

用装配式施工方法,双幅分离式两单幅桥桥面净空为 × (行车道宽) × (防

车速为 80Km/h。
本设计根据环境类别、设计安全等级以及公路等级等,再参照下部结构设计形式以及地
质情况确定主梁尺寸形式,通过记算车道横向分布系数得到汽车荷载以及计算桥梁及附属
设施 自重得到桥梁横载等相应设计参数,然后计算相应预应力钢筋数量及非预应力钢筋数
量并配置相应构造钢筋满足桥梁承载要求及耐久性要求。
根据实际施工条件及各种复杂条件编制施工方案,确定施工工期及设备人员等使用安置
情况。根据编制的施工方案中的材料消耗、机具使用等编写定额表确定整个工程的消耗量。

Abstract
The design title is Structural design of Liangshui Bridge , single span 35m , full bridge
140m. Bridge is the 4 span prestressed beam bridge, bridge superstructure of the prestressed
reinforced concrete box girder structure. In order to explore the essence of bridge design, the
design from bridge type selection to bridge deck pavement have been carefully designed for
every detail , design of the Liangshui bridge adopts assembly construction method, double deck
clearance type two single separation bridge is 2 * 3.75m( lanes width) +2 * 0.5m (collision wall
width) +2 * 2.1m (emergency lane width) 12.7m ,full bridge width 26m. Design load for
highway is Secondclassload,the speedis 80Km/h.
