平顶山市旅游局2011年 上半年工作总结暨下半年工作安排 上半年，在市委、市政府的正确领导和省旅游局的精心指导下，在各县（市、区）、各有关部门的大力支持和积极配合下，全市旅游系统紧紧围绕科学发展这一主线，坚持“学、比、看”，以完成好年度工作任务、“十二五”开好局、迈好步、着力打造海内外知名旅游目的地为工作目标，求真务实，积极进取，埋头苦干，圆满完成了年初确定的各项任务，全市旅游业呈现出了又好又快的发展势头。 一、上半年工作开展情况 1-6月份，全市共接待国内外游客739万人次，同比增长1.1%；旅游总收入28.7亿元，同比增长2.3%；旅游投诉率控制在3‰以下;未发生重大旅游安全事故，实现了安全、秩序、质量、效益的四统一；旅游产业有了进一步发展，旅游形象得到进一步提升，做到了时间过半，年度任务指标完成过半，为年度任务的超额完成和在全省排序比去年更进一步打下了坚实基础。主要开展并完成的工作任务是： （一）编制完成《平顶山市旅游目的地发展总体规划》尧山—中原大佛荣膺国家5A级旅游景区 一是《平顶山市旅游目的地发展总体规划》编制完成。4月8日，委托浙江远见旅游规划设计研究院编制的《平顶山市旅游目的地发展总体规划》通过了终期评审。这一规划的编制完成为我市旅游目的地城市建设和发展提供了纲领性文件，使我市打造海内外知名旅游目的地有了规划依据。此外，上半年，还指导舞钢市完成了《舞钢市龙凤湖旅游度假区总体规划》，学、比、看下半年 manufacturers of technical documents on the quality requirements applicable to this project.
