siRNAsilencingSurvivineffectonnasopharyngealcarcinomacellsCNE2AbstractObjective:InvestigatesiRNAsilencesurvivingeneexpressioninnasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)cellscycle,value-added,apoptosisandCaspase3,theinfluenceofthe enzymeactivity,providenewexperimentalbasisfornasopharyngealcarcinomagene therapy.Method:DesignandsynthesisoftwodifferentspecificsiRNAinterferencesurvivin expression,byliposometransfectionnasopharyngealcarcinomaCNE2cells.Usingflow cytometryinstrument,detectionofcellcycleandcellapoptosisrate;UsingCCK8reagent method, detection cell value; UsingCaspase3 kits, detection ofCaspase3 enzyme activity.
