Clean room construction project risk management is facing new challenges. The traditional project risk management has been unable to meet todays rapidly changing clean room industry demand, therefore, to conduct in-depth study of risk management for clean room construction project, provides some reference for the enterprises to build the clean room project risk management, have certain reference significance.This research focuses on risk management issues of the clean room construction project. By using the method of combining theory with practice, reading the literature, through the collection of information at home and abroad, the theory of risk management, the existing arrangement and comprehensive, determine the risk management models of clean room construction project. Through the research actuality of domestic industry were summarized and concluded, determine the research blank paper and research topics. Finally, taking YL semiconductor clean room construction project of W company as a case for analysis, a detailed analysis of the identification, risk project in semiconductor clean room analysis, response and control the whole process, and the project risk management are summarized, and gives corresponding countermeasures.In this study, combined with project management theory and risk management theory, the four dimensions of investment, progress, quality and safety in construction clean room project, clean room to improve the risk management of project.
