Through data analysis the paper draws following conclusions:first of all, workplace incivility has significantly negative impact on safety performance, in which the isolated al ienation and gossip dimension have significantly negative impact on the performance of safety scenarios, and privacy and isolated alienation have significantly negative impact on safety performance. TIF;Secondly, work engagement has significantly positive impact on safety performance, in which the vitality and dedication dimension have significantly positive impact on the performance of security scenarios, and the vitality and focus dimension have significantly impact on the performance of security tasks;thirdly, work engagement plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between workplace incivility and safety performance. Based on the research, the paper puts forward some feasible suggestions for airport management, which has some enlightenment for airport management.
