系统思维视域下科技文化与科技伦理的 差异协同 邢盘洲 江苏警官学院公安管理系 科技文化在认知上体现为关于自然的科学知识和理论成果，在改造上则体现为 与自然（基础）科学理论紧密联系的技术发明、运作过程及其结果，以及对人类 社会发展的作用和影响;科技伦理则是指科技创新活动中人与人、人与自然及人 与社会关系的思想与行为准则，它厘定了科技工作者及其共同体应固守的价值 观念、行为规范和社会责任。科技伦理和科技工作者的社会责任与整个社会发展 前途休戚相关。在辩证系统思维看来，只有现代系统化的科技文化与科技伦理， 即自然科技文化及伦理与社会人文科技文化及伦理的差异协同协调，才能从根 本上形成和促进人与社会与自然生态和气候环境之间的和谐、有序、稳定、顺畅、 共存在和共发展。 关键词： 差异协同;科技文化;科技伦理; 邢盘洲（1968-），男，江苏南京人，哲学，江苏警官学院副教 授。研宄方向为马克思主义哲学和系统哲学。 2017-08-20 基金：“十三五”江苏省重点建设学科建设工程资助项目 Difference Coordination Between the Culture of Science and Technology and the Ethics of Science and Technology From the Perspective of Systematic Thinking XING Panzhou Department of Public Security Administration， Jiangsu Police Institute; Abstract： The culture of science and technology embodies in scientific knowledge and theoretic achievement about nature in cognition, and in technological inventions which is closely in contact with natural (basic) science theory, its operation process and result，and function and influence on the social development in transformation.
