农村生态文明建设状况及改善路径 基于赣中大桥乡调查的思考 聂火云万景瑶 宜春学院农村社会建设研宄中心 农村生态文明建设是让广大农民过上美好生活的重大举措，通过对赣屮大桥乡 的调査发现，农村乡镇企业、畜禽养殖、农药化肥等所造成的污染日益严重，村 落零乱不洁的状况没有根本改善，生态环境问题仍然十分突出，生态文明建设 仍需常抓不懈。搞好农村生态文明建设，要作好生态建设规划，发挥政府主导作 用；要形成村民为主体的生态文明建设机制;要广开渠道、多方筹资，为农村生态 文明建设提供资金保障;要完善干部考核奖惩机制，激发乡村干部在农村生态文 明建设中主动担当;要加大对环境治理、生态建设的执法力度，为农村生态文明 建设提供法治保障。 关键词： 农村:生态文明;农村建设; 基金：2014年国家社科基金研宄项目“农村生态文明建设实践问题研究”（项 目编号：14BKS060） Situation of Rural Ecological Civilization Construction and Improvement Path:Based on Investigation in Daqiao Town, Mid-Jiangxi NIE Huo—yun WAN Jin-yao Yichun University Rural Social Construction Research Center; Abstract： The construction of rural ecological civil ization is to let farmers l ive a better life of major initiatives， through the village of Jiangxi Daqiao Township survey found that， rural township enterprises, livestock and poultry breeding， pesticides, fertilizers and other caused by pollution is becoming increasingly serious, village disorder not clean, there is no fundamental improvement, ecological environmental problems are still very prominent, ecological civilization construction still need to unremittingly. Do a good job in the construction of rural ecological civilization, ecological construction planning to prepare, to play the leading role of the government; to form the villagers as the main mechanism of ecological civilization construction; to broaden channels， multi-party financing, to provide funding for the construction of rural ecological civilization; to perfect the cadre assessment， rewards and punishment mechanism, stimulate rural cadres in the construction of rural ecological civilization active play; to increase the law enforcement of environmental governance, ecological construction, for the construction of rural ecological civilization provides a legal guarantee.
