幼儿园教师工作满意度调查研宄 吴海龙 华中师范大学教育学院 教师工作满意度是教师对于自身工作的一种主观价值判断，取决于教师工作中 的实际所得与他们的期望所得之间的差距。幼儿园教师工作满意度的高低不仅直 接影响着幼儿园教师教学工作的态度、积极性和品质，还会影响幼儿园教师的职 业承诺与职业倦怠。为了解武汉市幼儿园教师的工作满意度现状，本研宂采用 “幼儿教师工作满意度问卷”对该市189名幼儿教师工作满意度展开了调查。结 果显示:幼儿教师工作满意度总体处于一般水平，其中薪酬待遇满意度较低，工 作环境满意度较高;性别、年龄、职称上，幼儿教师工作满意度无显著差异;在学 历、教龄、园所性质、幼儿园工作时间和幼儿园类型上，存在显著差异;大专及 以下学历的幼儿园教师工作满意度高于本科学历的幼儿教师;保健因素对激励因 素有显著的正向预测作用。综上所述，幼儿教师工作满意度整体水平不高，会直 接影响到其工作质量。因此，要通过多种途径提升幼儿教师的工作满意度，以提 升幼儿教育的质量。 关键词： 幼儿园教师;工作满意度;保健因素;激励因素; A Survey on Job Satisfaction of Kindergarten Teachers WU Hai-long School of Education， Central China Normal University: Abstract： The job satisfaction of teachers is a kind of subjective value judgment by themselves, depending on the gap between their actual income and their expectations. The degree of the kindergarten teachers job satisfaction not only directly affects the kindergarten teacher’s teaching attitude, enthusiasm and quality, but also affects their occupation commitment ancl occupation lassitude. In order to know the present situation of kindergarten teachers’ job satisfaction in Wuhan province, this paper applies the method of questionnaire to investigate the job satisfaction of 189 kindergarten teachers. The results show that their job satisfaction is in general level, among which the satisfaction with salary is low while the satisfaction with work environment is high. It is also found that there is little difference in the satisfaction with gender, age, title while there are great difference in education background, teaching years, and nature of the kindergarten，working time and types of kindergarten. The job satisfaction of kindergarten teachers with college degree is higher than that of those who has bachelor’s degree, and health care factors have positive effect on motivative factors. All in all, the job satisfaction of kindergarten teachers is generally low， which will directly affect their working quality.
