毕业论文施工项目成本管理的策略研究摘要随着我国建筑市场的不断规范发展，施工项目管理的逐步深化，当前施工项目成本控制问题日益受到业内人士的关注。不少施工企业都试图通过加强施工项目的成本控制，改变经营状况。本文在初步了解了施工项目成本管理的基本理论及施工项目成本控制措施，以及成本管理的基本任务后，结合实际案例，通过发现问题，解决问题最后得出结论的思路进行成本管理的策略研究。文中以X公司为研究对象，在全面剖析A公司的项目成本管理现状后，发现该公司在项目成本管理体系、项目成本控制、项目成本认识这三方面存在问题较大。A公司管理层过多，机构设置不合理，成本管理体系事实上处于缺失状态;成本管理方法不完善，成本预测也没有科学、准确的方法，信息化更是完全没有;对项目成本的认识方面，普通员工、专业人员、高级管理层都存在不足。针对A公司项目成本管理存在问题提出相应的对策和建议。首先进行成本管理体系的建立与完善;在成本控制方面，一方面从成本管理各环节的角度进行分析，另一方面，从不同的施工阶段进行分析;最后，从丰富项目成本管理手段的角度，对A公司的项目成本管理提出了对策和建议。关键词 施工项目；成本管理控制措施；成本管理体系；AbstractWith Chinas construction market continuously criterion development, construction project management, the current construction of gradually deepened Mesh cost control problem is being the concern of the industry.
