徳霖學報 「二十一期」 應用RE/RP/RT 技術於手掌按摩矽膠軟墊之開發研究 民國九十六年六月 應用應用 RE/RP/RT 技術於手掌按摩矽膠軟墊之技術於手掌按摩矽膠軟墊之 應用應用 技術於手掌按摩矽膠軟墊之技術於手掌按摩矽膠軟墊之 開發研究開發研究 開發研究開發研究 張達元張達元 張達元張達元 德霖技術學院機械工程系 副教授 摘 要 本文旨在進行應用逆向技術於穴道按摩輔具之開發研究 ，探討如何運用 3R(RE/RP/RT)技術設計符合人 體手掌曲面之穴道按摩輔具 。主要的開發流程有四：(一) 應用掃描量測技術獲取分析手掌之幾何資料 ， 以逆向建模技術重建手掌曲面與實體模型; (二) 根據手掌穴道分析結果決定按摩刺激點 ，並在手掌曲面 上方建立相應的按摩柱; (三) 以快速原型機製作按摩墊的反向模型 ，做為矽膠軟墊的成型模;(四) 以真 空注型機完成手掌穴道按摩矽膠軟墊的製作 。本按摩軟墊可以準確的執行不同症狀的穴道刺激，做為 「手掌穴道區域按摩療法」的有效輔助器材 。 關鍵字關鍵字 ：穴道按摩： 、逆向工程、快速原型、矽膠軟墊 關鍵字關鍵字 ：： Development of a Silicone Soft Pad with Palm Massage Functions Using RE/RP/RT Techniques Dar-Yuan Chang Associated Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering, De Lin Institute of Technology Abstract This paper presents an application of using reverse engineering (RE), rapid prototyping (RP), and rapid tooling (RT) techniques to develop an instrument for human palm acupuncture point massage. The main procedure has four. (1) Use the scanning measurement method to catch the geometry data of the palm analyzed, and reconstructs the palm’s surface and solid models by RE methodology. (2) According the results of the acupuncture points analyses, set up corresponding massage posts on the palm surface. (3) Output the reverse mold of the massage pad with RP machine, and the RP mold is going to be a forming mold of the silicone soft pad. (4) Finish the silicone soft pad by the vacuum pouring machine.
