The Researches on Governmental Management of Crisis 1.WANG Hong-yang 2.GUO Zhen-zhong Humanities and Law School, Northeastern University, Changchun, P.R.China, 110004 Abstract Following the open to the world and every reform in the economic, political and cultural fields, China is in the deep period of the change of the society. There are many unsteady factors in the government management, which easily causes surprised crises. How governments deal with such crises to ensure the society steady, to return to the economic order, to defend to the public faith to the governments and the governments’ legal status has been a focus that the governments must face. This paper has made an analysis on some focused problems in the crises management studies in our country ——the definition and the introduction of the crises and crises management, the analyses of causes and types of the crises, the significances of the crises management, the existing open questions as well as the counter-measures of crises management. The discussion over these aspects has without doubt promoted greatly the development of the studies on the crises management in our country and at the same time will be helpful to see the shortcomings and some problems to be solved emergently via an analysis and summary of these problems. Key words Governmental management, Crises, Researches 1 Introduction In the deep period of economic globalization, China is developing quickly in the width and depth of involving the world as time goes by. Meanwhile, our country has quickened every reform and broadened the opening area, coming to the historical period of deep change of the society .All these changes will cause the increase of unsteady factors in the society. The unsteady factors, if not got effective control and remission, will break out as a strong power in a certain space area, leading to the turmoil of the society order, the panic of the public and social crisis.
