2 0 1 4 年 1 1 月 第 4 卷 第 2 2 期 ·临床研究· 锁定钢板治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的疗效分析 许大峰 上海市浦东医院骨科，上海 201300 [摘要] 目的 探讨锁定钢板治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。 方法 回顾性分析 2011 年 1 月～ 2014 年 1 月在我院骨科应用锁定钢板内固定治疗的复杂胫骨平台骨折患者 40 例的临床资料，观察患者术后膝关节 功能恢复的优良率及手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间、住院时间、并发症情况。 结果 40 例复杂胫骨平 台骨折患者均顺利完成手术，术后膝关节功能恢复优良率 92.5%，其中优 20 例、良 17 例、可 2 例，差 1 例。 其手术时间（113.1±23.8）min、术中出血量（112.85±21.90）mL、术后住院时间（23.43±3.28）d、骨折愈合 时间（13.52±2.14）周。术后无一例出现局部皮肤坏死、螺钉松动，其并发症发生率合计 10%。 结论 锁定 钢板内固定治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折能明显改善患者的膝关节功能，术后骨折愈合快、并发症少，值得临床推 广和应用。 [关键词] 复杂胫骨平台骨折；锁定钢板；膝关节功能；并发症 [中图分类号] R687.3      [文献标识码] B      [文章编号] 2095-0616（2014）22-185-03 Curative effect analysis of locking plate for the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures XU  Dafeng Department of Orthopaedic, Shanghai Pudong Hospital, Shanghai 201300, China [Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of locking plate for treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures.
