EXceed Value-Added Services allows organizations to perform value-added processes in the warehouse as opposed to during manufacturing. Examples of processes that can be performed include: Kitting –combining components without the need to assemble. Assembly – constructing components or sub-assemblies into a new finished good commodity. Packaging – placing sub-assemblies or finished goods into the appropriate containers, including the addition of any packing materials Labeling – applying the appropriate labels to commodities or shipping containers. Quality Control – inspecting components, sub-assemblies, and finished goods against standards. Disassembly – the exception process used to retrieve sub-assemblies or components from their parent commodities.
