安徽医科大学硕士毕业论文thecases.Thegastrictissuecases,whoweredouble-positiveanddouble-negativeof RUTandWarthin-StarrystainregardedasHp-positiveandHp-negativerespectively,wereinvolvedinthestudy.Thegastrictissuecases,whoweresinglepositiveregardedas suspected Hp infectioncases ,were removedfromin the study. The casesof RUT-negativenormalgastricmucosatissuesinendoscopicdiagnosiswereassessedby HEstaining.Thecaseswhowerediagnosisedasnormalgastricmucosabypathologywereinvolvedinthestudy,theotherswereremovedfrominthestudy.Theexpressionof AID and p53 which were assessed by SP immunohistochemistryingastriccarcinoma,intraepithelialneoplasiaandchronicgastritiswereanalyzedwithnormalgastricmucosa.TheresultswereanalysedfortherelationswithHpinfection.TherelationshipbetweenexpressionofAID,p53andclinicopathologicalparametersingastriccarcinomasandthecorrelationbetweenexpressionofAIDandp53werebothstatisticallyanalysised.Theχ2testorFisher’sexacttestwasusedtoassessthesignificantdifferencebetweenthegroups.CorrelationanalysisbetweenvariableswereusedbySpearsmancorrelationanalysis,andcalculatedPearsoncontingencycoefficient(r).Apvalue0.05was consideredstatisticallysignificant.ResultsTherewere81casesofgastriccarcinomaincluding38Hp-positiveand43 Hp-negativecases,32 casesofintraepithelialneoplasiaincluding14Hp-positiveand18 Hp-negativecases,37casesofchronicgastritisincluding18Hp-positiveand19 Hp-negativecasesand10casesofHp-negativenormalgastricmucosainvolvedinthestudy.ThepositiveratesofAIDingastriccarcinoma,intraepithelialneoplasiaandchronicgastritiswere60.5%,75.0%and64.9%,respectively.Andtheywerestatisticaldifferencewiththatinnormalgastricmucosa(0.0%)(p0.05).Thepositiveratesofp53 ingastriccarcinomaandintraepithelialneoplasiawere55.6%and65.6%,werebothsignificantlyhigherthanthatofchronicgastritisandnormalgastricmucosa(0.0%) (P0.05).ThepositiveratesofAIDinHp-positivegastriccarcinoma,intraepithelial安徽医科大学硕士毕业论文neoplasiaandchronicgastritiswere73.7%，85.7%and83.3%,respectively,significantlyhigherthanthatinHp-nega
