摘要摘要医院电子病历中各类数据采集、传输、存贮的标准在我国还没有统一，HIS 系 统在我国医院管理以及医疗方面的应用是一个庞大又复杂的管理系统。随着 CA 认证机构被国家所认可，把 CA 认证应用在医院 HIS 上，使电子病历 整个应用过程由第三方（CA 认证机构）来确保其真实性、安全性、合法性。这将 给电子病历的广泛应用带来有效的解决途径，绍兴市妇幼保健院是妇幼卫生领域信息化开展较早的一家医院，并且较早地 实施了电子病历。电子病历的实施给医院管理带来了提高工作效率和医疗质量， 节省人力、物力，降低医疗成本等优点。电子病历数字签名系统，通过应用 CA 认证数字签名技术，提出医院信息系统 数字签名技术应用的解决方案。实现信息系统中用户身份的验证，信息系统中各 类医学电子病历、文书上的医护人员数字签名和电子印章；保证信息系统中数据 修改的不可抵赖性认证；信息系统中数据的网络传输加密；保证网络数据交换的 有效性、机密性、完整性和不可抵赖性。通过此课题成果的应用，将数字签名技术引进到医院信息化领域的电子病历 中，从而保证了电子病历的保密性、存贮过程完整性、不可抵赖性以及合法性。 以加强医疗保健机构的信息安全保障体系建设，提高对日益突出的信息安全问题 的综合防范能力 。关键词：电子病历，CA 认证，数字签名，信息安全AbstractNowadays, there is no uniform criterion and standard in the data collection, transmission and storage of the electronic case history in domestic hospitals. HIS is a huge and complicated management system in the aspects of medical treatment application and hospital management.The appearance of state authorized CA attestation organizations solved the problem of the authenticity, security and validity of the electronic case history data. With CA attestation applied in the hospital HIS, it will be the third party (CA attestation organizations) that insures the authenticity, security and validity of the whole application process of the electronic case history.Shaoxing Women and Children Health Care Hospital is the prior one in the field of women and children health care to develop informatization, which put electronic case history in practice earlier than other hospitals.
