天津大学桥梁毕业设计 摘要主要对客运专线梁场的布置进行研究，通过网络对国内外发展现状的调查，以及我国常用的布置方法归纳，解决了梁场规划所应采用的方法及需要注意的问题。对箱梁的制存厂的简单介绍，并对制梁台座存量台座地基计算进行简单举例，对预置场的建设做了简单研究，对梁场建和规划方面运距与架梁速度的关系，合理运架梁半径的确定，梁场选址应遵守的原则做了具体介绍。对于梁场平面布置也做了详细介绍包括：单条箱梁预制生产线布置方式、制梁工序、制梁周期、制梁台座数量的确定、存梁台座数量的确定、梁场平面布置实例。其中钢筋布置，预应力混凝土施工工艺，梁场主要构件设计也做了介绍。通过对中国现代客运专线梁场的研究，发现梁场的布置应该更科学管理统一规划，并且是一个需要长期研究的课题，在将来客运专线架设必将起到十分重要的意义。关键词：梁场布置、箱梁、制梁台座、存梁台座、预置设备。?AbstactPassenger mainly to study the arrangement of beam field, through the network to its current development status of the investigation, and summarize our common layout method to solve the beam to be used in field planning methods and issues needing attention.The system of the box factory brief existence, and the stock of Beam Pedestal Pedestal Foundation in a simple example, the construction site of the pre-done simple research, planning and construction of the beam field of distance and speed Beam relations, a reasonable determination of the radius of operation girder, beam field site should be made to comply with the principle of detailed description.
