ComparativeanalysisofefficacyofembolectomyandcatheterdirectedthrombolysistreatmentinacutedeepvenousthrombosisAbstractObjective：ComparativeAnalysis ofefficacy of surgical embolectomy andcatheterdirectedthrombolysistreatmentinacutedeepvenousthrombosis(DVT).Methods：Retrospectiveanalysis181casesDVTpatientswhosecourseofdisease are1dto7dinourdepartmentfromMay2000toMarch2010．Inthesecasessurgicaltreatmentgroup(93cases)，catheterdirectedthrombolytictherapygroup(88cases)．Allpatientsinthetwogroupswerefirstplacedininferiorvenacavafilter，thenthesurgerygrouptreatthephishomlimbbyInvolvedinjointembolectomyandtheothergroupcatheter directed thrombolytic therapy through posterior tibial veins. Postoperativepatientsinbothgroupsuseunifiedspecificationwhichincludegivinganticoagulant、thrombolysis、swellingandothertreatment.Results:181patients(181phishomlimbs)obtainsuccessusingthetwo therapies,withoutanyseriouscomplications.Amongthesecases,145casesweresuccessfullyfollowedupfor6to30months(theaverageis18.36±7.14months).Surgicaltreatmentgroupincluded78cases(32casesofthecentraltype,46casesofmixedtype),withanaverageof43.4yearsold,accordingtotheCEAPclinicalclassification,C0:16cases;C1:55cases;C2:35cases;C3:32cases;C4:22cases;C5:19cases;C6:12cases．Accordingtoarteriographystandardgrading,curedgroup:23cases;markedlygroup:25cases;improvedgroup：25cases；ineffectivegroup：5cases.Weconsideredthattheeffectivegroup=curegroup+markedlygroup+improvedgroup，sotheoverallefficiencywasreachedto93.59%.Catheterthrombolysisgroupincluded67cases(31casesofthecentraltype,36casesofmixedtype),withanaverageof41.2yearsold,accordingtotheCEAPclinicalclassification,C0:15cases;C1:50cases;C2:36cases;C3:24cases;C4:29cases;C5:31cases;C6:22cases.Accordingtoarteriography standardclassification:curedgroup:15cases;markedlygroup:15 cases;improvedgroup:25 cases,ineffectivegroup：5cases;Weconsideredthateffectivegroup=curegroup+markedlygroup+improvedgroup,sotheoverallefficiency wasreached to82.09%,theefficiencydifferenceofthetwogroupshave
