毕业论文（设计） 江苏法尔胜公司库存管理的研究 学生姓名 : 学 号 : 二级学院 : 经济管理学院 专 业 : 物流管理 班 级 : 物流1211 指导老师 : 答辩时间 : 2014年5月28日 摘 要 库存管理是对企业在生产及配销过程中所需的各种物品进行有效的管理与控制，满足企业正常生产经营需求的方式。库存占用了企业大量的资金，在企业生产运营中有着至关重要的地位，过高的库存占用了企业的流动资金，伴有物资损坏、过期、作废、贬值等风险，而过低的库存又无法保证生产运营的连续性。有效发挥库存管理的功能，可以提高企业服务质量、降低库存成本、提高生产作业率、加快资金周转、促进生产管理合理化等。 本文首先简单介绍了法尔胜公司的仓库作业流程，以及对原材料和产成品的库存管理，然后从现行的库存管理方法入手，结合管理方法的思想，对其进行分析讨论，总结出法尔胜公司库存控制管理中存在的问题，并根据所学的专业理论知识以及在该公司仓储管理部半年的工作实践，提出一些合理的对策建议，为法尔胜的仓库建设发展提供参考。 关键词：库存，库存管理，原材料，产成品Abstract Inventory management is needed in the process of enterprise in the production and distribution of various items for effective management and control, meet the demand of enterprise normal production and business operation. Inventory takes up a lot of money, corporate have a vital role in enterprise production operation, high inventory takes up the liquidity of the enterprise, accompanied by material damage, expired or invalid, such as depreciation risk, and low inventory and there is no guarantee that the continuity of operations. Effective play to the function of the inventory management, can improve the quality of enterprise services, to reduce the inventory cost, improve production operation efficiency, speed up the turnover of funds, promote the rationalization of production management.
