Angiopoietin-1和Angiopoietin-2及其受体Tie-2在鼻咽癌患者血循环中的水平中文摘要目的:探讨Angiopoietin-1 和Angiopoietin-2及其受体Tie-2 在鼻咽癌患者血循环中的水平及其临床意义。方法:应用酶联免疫吸附试验测定20 例健康对照者及68例鼻咽癌患者（初治32例，复发16例，完全缓解20例）血清Angiopoietin-1和Angiopoietin-2及其受体Tie-2水平。结果：初治组和复发组鼻咽癌患者血清Angiopoietin-1和Angiopoietin-2及其受体Tie-2的水平均高于完全缓解组及健康对照组(P0.01),而这些分子的含量在完全缓解组和健康对照组比较无明显差异(P0.05)。Angiopoietin-2 及Tie-2的水平在鼻咽癌患者不同T分期、临床分期比较有统计学意义(P0.05)，并随着鼻咽癌进展呈上升趋势；Angiopoietin-1水平在肿瘤不同T分期、临床分期比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)；在肿瘤不同N分期，Angiopoietin-2水平比较有统计学意义(P0.05)。发生肿瘤转移的鼻咽癌患者血清Ang-2及Tie-2水平明显高于无转移组(P0.01)。Ⅰ+ Ⅱ期鼻咽癌患者血清Ang-1/Ang-2比值高于Ⅲ+IVa期(P0.01)。结论：Angiopoietin-1和Angiopoietin-2及其受体Tie-2可能在鼻咽癌的发生发展过程中起重要作用，并与肿瘤的侵袭转移有密切关系。关键词鼻咽癌；Angiopoietin-1；Angiopoietin-2；受体Tie-2Serumlevelsof angiopoietin-1，angiopoietin-2andtheirreceptorTie2 in patientswithNasopharyngealCarcinomaABSTRACTObjective:Toinvestigatetheclinicalsignificanceandserumlevelsof angiopoietin-1、angiopoietin-2andtheirreceptorTie-2inpatientwith nasopharyngealcarcinoma(NPC).Methods :Thestudyconsistof68patientswithNPC(32casesofnewly diagnosedpatients，20caseswithcompleteremissionand16recurrentcases) and the control group of 20 healthy controls.The serum concentrations ofangiopoietin-1(Ang-1)、angiopoietin-2(Ang-2) andTie-2weremeasuredbyenzyme-linkedimmunosorbentassay(ELISA).Results:Comparedwithnormalcontrolgroup，thelevelsof Ang-1、Ang-2and receptorTie-2inNPCpatientswithuntreatedandrelapsedgroupswas significantly increased (P 0.01).Only the concentrations of angiopoietin-2andreceptorTie-2wascloselycorrelatedwithtumorTandclinical stages(P0.05).TheserumconcentrationofAng-2andreceptorTie-2tendency toincreasewiththedevelopmentoftumor.TheconcentrationofAng-2was closelycorrelatedwithtumorNstages(P0.05).Thereweresignificantly differences amonge Ang-2 and receptor Tie-2 concentration between tumormetastasisandnonmetastasisgroup.Moreover,itwasobservedthatthe Ang-1/Ang-2ratiowasstatisticallydifferentintumorTstages、Nstagesand clinicalstages(P0.05).Conclusions:Ang-1、Ang-2andreceptorTie-2mayplayanimportantrol
