This paper optimizethe design of performance appraisal system of DF Auto 4S shops, which is in line with the principle of integrating theory with practice, and reference of research results and practical management experience fully both at home and abroad.Focusing on reference 360-degree evaluation method, combined with the DF Auto 4S shops,effective assessment of the actual situation and the author of management experience, and the use of discussion, questionnaires, etc. to fully listen to the companys management and staff representatives, so the optimal design of DF Auto 4S shops effective evaluation system comes out.
