AbstractObjective:ToexploretheapplicationvalueofDNAquantitative cytologycombined with cervicalliquid-based cytologyincervicallesions in Qinghai Province.Methods:2475casesofpatientswereenrolledinthisstudy,allofwhomwere screenedbycervicalliquid-basedcytologywithDNAquantitativecytologyin inpatientandoutpatientofDepartmentofGynecologyofQinghaiUniversity AffiliatedhospitalbetweenJanuary2013andDecember2014.194patientsshowed positiveresultsofcervicalliquid-basedcytologyand/orDNAquantitativecytology, andweregivencolposcopyandhistopathologicalexamination,withhistopathological examination as the goldstandard.Results:InTCTdetection,with≥ASCUSasthestandardforbiopsy,thesensitivity ofCINII+wasfoundof73.49%whilespecificityof67.57%.InDNAquantitative cytology,with≥3heteroploidcellsasthestandardforbiopsy,thesensitivityof CINII+was83.13%.Therewerestatisticallysignificantdifferencesbetweenthetwo methods.InDNAquantitativecytology,with1-2heteroploidcellsasthestandardfor biopsy,thesensitivityofCINI+was92.24%andthespecificitywas52.56%;while with≥3heteroploidcellsasthestandardforbiopsy,thesensitivityofCINI+was 77.59%andthespecificitywas74.36%.Theresignificantdifferencesbetweenthe twostandardsinsensitivityandspecificityseparately.Positivedetectionrateof CINII+with1-2heteroploidcellsasthestandardforbiopsywas29.41%,whilewith≥3heteroploidcellsasthestandardforbiopsywas62.73%,andtherewere statisticallysignificantdifferences.Whennoheteroploidcells,1-2heteroploidcells or≥3heteroploidcellswereseeninDNAquantitativecytology,thecorresponding positiveratesofTCTtestingwere0.94%,41.18%and94.54%.Therewereno statisticallysignificantdifferencesinpairwisecomparison.Thepositivepredictive valuesofTCT,DNAquantitativecytology,andDNAquantitativecytology+TCT were95.56%,81.82%and63.57%.Therewerestatisticallysignificantdifferencesin pairwisecomparison.Diagnoseaccordancerateswere59.79%,76.29%and82.47% respectively.PositiveratesofHPVwas90.36%in≥CINIIgroupwhile71.17%in≤CINIgroup.
